Brennan is a very active kid. He is always jumping, running, rolling on me, kicking me, etc. Anyone with little boys can understand the abuse you take as a mom. Well, yesterday, I was sitting in a chair, minding my own business. Brennan came over & jumped up to me. His head hit my chin causing my tooth to go through my lip (not all the way through, thankfully!) I have never split my lip before, since I have never been in a fist fight or any of those things that guys are usually involved in. I am not used to this kind of abuse. Brennan did apologize & told me he will be more careful (ha! ha!). Elsie seems to think it is something to play with & constantly tries to pull the cut off my lip... feels great! I don't like looking like someone has abused me. So, if you see me this week, please know that I am not in an abusive relationship -well, at least not with Rich.
