It's 2009!
I celebrated the coming in of the new year by going to bed at 10 o'clock pm. Yeah, I am really that exciting. I spent the first day of the new year laying on the couch reading my book that I am completely enthralled with. (Stolen Innocence, by Elissa Wall) I think I got dressed around noon. I might have gotten my kids dressed even later than that. I gotta say, I loved this day of nothingness.
Since I haven't done anything all day, the resolutions are still not written...maybe tomorrow. Myabe my resolution this year will be to write some resolutions. We'll see!
I hope your new year's festivities were more exciting than mine. Then again, I hope yours were just as uneventful as mine. It was quite nice. I must be getting old or something.
