Tennessee, tennessee

Rich & I jut got back from a trip to Tennessee. His grandparents live out there & I've never met them. We figured that since we've been married over 8 years, it's time we head out & get to know them. It was such a fun trip. We had a great time with them. They are such amazing people. They have this red heart shaped bathtub in their bedroom. It's tradition to take a picture in it while taking a bubble bath- yes we got our picture, but, even though we're completely covered, I'll not be sharing it online... We had fun exploring the little country town. We also loved- so much- the southern accents.

Tennessee is a beautiful place. It's so green & has mountains- but very different from our mountains out west. They are covered in lush forests. Rich & I took a hike one day down to these twin arches that were so gorgeous! I loved the hike & we took so many pictures, that hardly do it justice.

The last day we spent in Nashville touring around. It was a fun place to see. I got a chance to record a song in the original Grand Ole' Opry studio- a country version of Amazing Grace. They had a little list of country songs to choose from & it was kinda karaoke style. It was so much fun! It was part of the tour & you could pay a little extra to do it...probably the best part of my Nashville experience.

I love your pictures!! I've wanted to go to Tennessee for so long. I've heard Nashville is amazing! Did you know that my old Florida pal Erin Anderson lives in Nashville now? You totally inspired me to go :)
