What Are Noses Made Of?

The other day I was reading something to Brennan that talked about cartilage. I think it was something to do with sharks... Anyways, he pipes up that he know all about cartilage. It's the stuff in your nose & ears. I was surprised that he knew that & asked "Where did you learn that?" Oh, from Magic School Bus, of course. Well then, he said that he eats cartilage. What?? I asked? "Yeah, I eat the cartilage from my nose when I pick my nose."

Ok, this really made me laugh. He was talking about boogers. And here I thought my son was so smart knowing all about cartilage.

And apparently my kids really like their boogers because here is another conversation I had this week with Elsie. She always says that she is getting bigger & bigger and is almost a Mommy. It's cute, really. The other day I made a comment about her getting bigger & she said I am getting so big & when I am a Mommy I won't pick my nose anymore. :)

I guess I have something I need to work on with my kids. I have tried, really.
