We went on a really fun field trip this week! We visited the Living Planet Aquarium in Sandy. We have been studying ocean animals this year with our Friday Homeschool Co-op and it was a great addition to what we have learned. The kids had so much fun! I did, too.
Being a Florida girl, I love anything related to the ocean. It's fun to tell stories to my kids about all the different ocean animals I have seen & the shells I have collected.
This year the aquarium added a new area that includes penguins. They were so much fun to watch. What cute little animals.
I think the kids really loved the sting rays. They are in a shallow tank so you can touch them.
