For my birthday, I decided I wanted to do a cake decorating class at the craft store, Roberts. It is a month long class. I have had 2 classes and this past one we did our first cake. It was really fun. I am quite impressed with what I did. Brennan was really impressed with it, too. He loved watching me make it. Well, mostly he loved licking the frosting & eating the cake. Anyway...it's really a fun class!

Very impressive. I've never been good with cake decorating, although I made this dulce de leche icing once that hardened on the cake like magic shell, it was delicious. Just wish I'd written down the recipe because I'll never be able to recreate that one.
