I currently feel like the worst Mom in the world. Elsie fell down the stairs tonight. All the way down. From the very top to the very bottom. I was washing the dishes & didn't see her crawl away. I heard a thud & knew right away what happened. I have never run so fast down the stairs in my life. She was ok- a little shocked-but fine. Man-I felt horrible! The gate was away from the stairway. I wasn't watching. I just held her the rest of the night cause I felt so bad.

If it makes you feel any better, you are not the only who's kids fall down the stairs. I have had that happen also. It is so scary.
I am so sorry that happened! That is exactly why I will never live in a two story house b/c it is bound to happen, right?! I'm glad she's ok and no worries. You're definitely not deserving of the worst mama award. That is saved for Britney Spears I think....
