If you are a parent, you know that silence can be a scary thing. You know those moments I am talking about? When you suddenly realize that you haven't heard anything from the kids in a while. My little Elsie is a fast & busy child. I feel like those moments happen way too often. Like the times I have found her putting her blanket, or toothbrush in the toilet. Or then there were the times she was eating my lipstick from my purse. There are also the times she unloads the cans from the shelves in the pantry, climbs onto the counter tops & finds food to eat, plays in the the dog bowls, unrolls toilet paper, unloads kleenex boxes, eats markers (and I could continue on for a while). It seems to be my life these days. The girl is fearless & always busy.
Well, last night was a funny one. Rich was giving the kids baths & I was cleaning up dinner dishes. Elsie was out of the bath & in her pajamas. Brennan was about to get into the bath, but was finishing up his dinner. Rich calls to me from the bathroom. "Karyn, come here!" I knew it was Elsie doing something crazy by the tone of his voice. I went to the bathroom & she was in the tub, fully dressed in her pajamas splashing around. She was giggling & just having a blast. We all stood at the door laughing it, was so funny. We're lucky she was ok... This is the 3rd time she has gotten back into the tub with her pajamas on. Usually, though it is while I am sitting there bathing Brennan. (Like I said, she moves fast!)
Elsie is constant entertainment these days. I am always laughing!

Oh Karyn, this looks all too familiar. We have yet to experience the fully-clothed bath, but I'm sure it's coming. :)
Sounds like you have your work cut out for you. I haven't had one of these yet, but I shouldn't talk. Ashlyn was my crazy climber, that is all I can say. Good luck and laugh hard!
